DreamHouse Fitness Challenge

We are stoked to help out one of the pillars in our community that is educating the future leaders of Hawaii- DreamHouse Ewa Beach.  As a non-profit they can use our support so we are honored to bring to market a special Fitness Challenge to help raise funds for our keiki's education!     

Details:

• 5 Week Challenge with 3 workouts per week 
• Mini-Challenge at the end of every week 
• Delivered through the Hele Fitness App
• Two Tracks - One with Equipment and One with just Bodyweight 
• Weekly Prizes + the Grand Prize is a Hele Home Gym!!! *All participants must have perfect attendance/completion of the workouts to qualify. 
• The overall Challenge is to see how much you can improve your time on a baseline workout that is all bodyweight based.  At the end of 5 weeks, you will do the same workout and measure that improvement. 

How it Works:

1. Sign-up by purchasing the Challenge here 
2. Upon Check-out you will leave your email and contact info 
3. Sunday - Jan. 17th we will send out an email with the private download link specific to your profile. 
4. Download the App and add it to your mobile device 
5. Week 1 will come pre-loaded in the app.
6. Each Sunday, the new week will be loaded in. 
7. On every Friday, there is a mini-challenge with a prize from Hele Fitness
